Our Rooms:
Each of our rooms are beautifully appointed with queen size bed, comfortable seating area and a pull out loveseat that converts into a double bed, three piece bath, high speed satellite internet, satellite television, air conditioning, and personal heat . All of the rooms have a private deck and lakeview. Maximum 4 guest per room.

Rates
*Rates are per room, per night, based on double occupancy.
Additional guest is $35/day.
There is an additional applicable taxes HST.
Rates quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to change without notice.
Some peak periods may be subject to premiums.
Barry’s Bay Golf Resort requires 50% deposit and 30 days notice of cancellation.

Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
(Visa or MasterCard) is required to hold a reservation. Cancellations must be made by e-mail. Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance: you can elect to apply the full amount of your deposit towards a future stay with us (within 1 year) or receive a refund of your deposit less a $50 handling/processing fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance: no refund, regardless of reason, unless we get the cottage rented for the entire original period, in which case, you get a refund of your deposit less a $50 processing fee.

The Barry’s Bay Golf Club Clubhouse is a splendid place for your special event. Private gatherings up to 80 will enjoy the personal attention by our caring, professional staff.

The Clubhouse is fully licensed and air-conditioned. A balcony surrounds the banquet room allowing guests to view the beautiful golf course with its mature trees and Sherwood lake. A perfect background for wedding photography.

When you need the right place to suit your budget, please call to secure your preferred date.

Wedding Information

Room Rental
Hall rental fee ranges from $100 - $1000
Depending on the time of year and number of guests.

Decorating
Clients providing their own decorations for function may access facility on day of function. Barry’s Bay Golf Club also offers decorating services at an additional cost.

Photography
Our guests are free to use our property for their wedding pictures.
*Prior notice must be provided to Barry’s Bay Golf Club staff.

Entertainment
Barry’s Bay Golf Club is to be advised of any entertainment that is being hired for the function. (i.e. bands, disc jockeys, quartets, etc.)

Wedding Decor
Barry’s Bay Golf Club to supply the following speciality tables:

Cake Table
Gift Table

Linen
Barry’s Bay Golf Club will supply all white table cloths and choice of napkins in a wide variety of colours. Overlays are also available at an additional cost. Head table, Gift table, and any additional specialty tables will be skirted in white.

Flowers
Client is responsible for providing any/all flowers and arrangements. Barry’s Bay Golf Club will assume responsibility for disposing of same, following event.

Candles
Upon request Barry’s Bay Golf Club will supply votive candles on every dinner table & head table. *Please note, if providing your own candles for tables, the candles must be encased in glass. (i.e. Hurricane)

Wedding Policies

Expenditure Estimates
Clients are provided with an estimate of their expenditure one-month prior to the function.
Barry’s Bay Golf Club must receive payment of this amount one week prior to the function, either by cash or certified cheque. An itemized invoice will be forwarded following the event.

Guaranteed Minimum Attendance
Barry’s Bay Golf Club must be notified of the guaranteed minimum attendance at least four days prior to the function date. In the event that the number is not met, the client will be responsible for paying for the guaranteed number of guests or the actual, whichever is greater.

Additional Information
Ontario Liquor Laws
The Ontario Liquor Laws will not permit any alcoholic beverages to be brought into or taken out of a licensed establishment.

Hours of Service
11:00am to 1:00am, Monday through Sunday.

Deposit
Your deposit is due no later than 7 days after tentatively booking the room. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, unless Barry’s Bay Golf Club is able to re-book the room.
